This is designed to help great products gain attention at the right time, whether you are launching something new, building seasonal demand or introducing customers to your range.

JOINING FOOD FOLKS IS SIMPLE

We've designed Food Folks to make joining straightforward. From application to launching your first products, we'll guide you through every step. Whether you're an artisan cheesemaker, baker, distiller, beekeeper or grower, getting started only takes a few stages.

1. APPLY ONLINE

Complete our online producer application.

Tell us about your business, your products, where you source your ingredients and what makes your produce unique. This is also your opportunity to share the story behind your brand.

You'll need to provide:

  • Your business details.
  • A short producer story.
  • Product information.
  • Images of your products.
  • Website or social media (if available).
  • Relevant food registrations or certifications where applicable.

Estimated time:

  • 15 to 20 minutes

2. APPLICATION REVIEWED

Every application is reviewed by the Food Folks team.

We're looking for producers who genuinely make, grow, rear, bake, brew, cure or craft what they sell. We consider quality, provenance, presentation and whether your products fit the Food Folks ethos.

If we need anything else, we'll simply get in touch.

We don't believe in automated approvals.

3. BUILD YOUR PROFILE

Once approved, you'll receive access to your producer dashboard.

Here you can:

  • Build your producer profile.
  • Upload photography.
  • Add your story.
  • List your first two products free.
  • Set pricing.
  • Add delivery information.
  • Manage your listings.

Your profile becomes your shop window. Customers don't simply buy products.

They buy into the people behind them.

4. LAUNCH PROFILE

Once you're happy with your profile, your products go live.

Customers can now discover your business, learn your story and purchase directly through Food Folks.

As your business grows, you can:
