Spend a decadent afternoon in our Saint Germain store with a wine and cheese tasting, guided by a knowledgeable sommelier.

Sample wines from various regions, including Rhone, Bordeaux and Sancerre, learning how each region produces different wines.

In our third MasterClass, Chef John Doe focuses on preparing fresh seafood like lobster and salmon, making classic desserts such as apple pie and lemon tart, and showing how sous vide cooking can be done at home to enhance flavor and texture.

Whether you’re a beginning or advanced cook, you’ll learn the techniques and principles that will give you the understanding and skills to get the most delicious results.

This year’s contest will be conducted as follows: 

Pumpkins will be carved at home and brought to school on Wednesday, October 30th, no later than 9:00am. Pumpkins will be displayed in the front hall, and the judging will take place on Wednesday, October 30th at 3:00pm. They will be lit and displayed on the stage for the school to view on Thursday at 1:00pm.

battery operated candle must be provided by the student in order for the pumpkin to be lit.
